Homemade Hydrator

Juiceland is an Austin institution. With all the locations it's an easy place to grab a healthy snack on the go. Plus it's delicious! My favorite smoothie they sell is the Hydrator (fresh watermelon juice, peach & lemon). Since I had some similar ingredients I decided to try my own spin on this classic at home. Here's what I came up with:

Laura's Hydrator

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup watermelon, chunked
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • Handful of ice

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender (I love my Vitamix) and blend. Enjoy immediately. Yum!
